About Us The Ward Avenue Citizens Association/Neighbourhood Watch was established in 1994 and was initially formed as a social group. Over the years, it has been instrumental in advocating for better road, less noise, cleaner more walkable sidewalks , etc. In 2023 the Association was revitalized, modernized and have been active within the community. We created a constitution that is aligned with the national body - Social Development Comission (SDC). Building on our legacy our framework consists of Advocacy, Community Service and Engagement, with our core values centered around our Seniors and our Youths. Our community consists of residents, businesses, and institutions on *Ward Avenue* from Caledonia Road to Winston Jones Highway and *West Road* from Ward Avenue to Greenvale Road . We believe our community can be the best place to live, work, learn, worship, and do business. We desire a cool, clean, calm, caring Mandeville for generations to come.
