As a teenaged mother, many persons had dismissed me, thinking that was where my life ended. I have and will continue to prove them wrong. I attended Wolmer’s Trust High School for girls seven months after having my older son and successfully all passed my CXC subjects. My passion for helping others caused me to pursue a Bachelor in Social Work and after eight long years of struggling financially, I am now a graduate of the Northern Caribbean University, graduated with a GPA of 3.75, a Magna Cum Laude honouree. It is now my desire to advance in my studies and I have recently been academically accepted at the Andrews University to pursue a Masters of Social Work Degree. I am seeking your kind assistance in helping me to actualize my academical goals and to be an example to others, showing them that in spite of, they can still achieve and attain their goals.
