Joan's situation was compounded when her roof blew off during the passage of Hurricane Beryl. Unfortunately, Joan is currently unemployed and unable to cover the medical expenses, therefore, she is humbling appealing to the public for their kind assistance in raising the necessary funds to cover her medical expenses.
