Description

The Ward Avenue Citizens Association/Neighbourhood Watch celebrates 30 years in Community Development advocating and promoting the quality and well-being of the residents in the Ward Ave, West Road and Mandevilles at large.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the yearly assembling where members and community stakeholders reflects on the years achievements, financial performance, and makes decision for the following year.

The meeting culminates in an award and recognition reception and provides an opportunity for residents, businesses, institutions and neighboring Associations to establish relationships. trust and engage on how best we can together create a homogeneous community for the well-being of all.

Community schools will be awarded a percentage of the funds raised to help students that are in need and delinquent in their school fees..

We desire a cool, clean, calm, caring Mandeville. Awards will be given to a select few from our community, which may include members, businesses, institutions and/or agencies that exemplifies these attributes.

There will be an exhibition that showcases graphical image of the Association yearly results.. Posters of each events, advocacy work and community service activities will be laminated and showcased for impact and historical preservation.

With your help we can defray the cost of the Annual Meeting – the awards, reception, exhibits, and most importantly help needy students.

Thank you in advance for your generosity.
