Hip replacement surgery

My name is lenice townsend I am 30 years of age. 3 years ago I have suffered a major injury in my right hip from a fall while I was in Barbados. While going for follow up the doctor gave me a quotation price of the surgery which cost $499,125 and a prescription for the device.i went to medical technology that is located in mona cost for them to give a quotation of the device and the quotation is

$753,375 jamaican dollars. I made a application to the compassionate fund and they approve of $800,000 jmd so I only have a outstanding balance of $353,375 jmd.
