Shanna Kay is 26 years old and was diagnosed with kidney disease and has to do dialysis twice per week, the cost per session is 12 Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00) and transportation costs Three Thousand Dollars ($3000.00).  she also needs to do a kidney transplant and we are seeking your help in garnering the funds for this. with your help and the help of God we hope for the best.
