Help My Family and I to get Down Payment and Closing cost for a Home

Help Newton and His Wife Secure Their Dream Home

Hello,

My name is Newton Perrin, and my wife and I, a Jamaican couple, are reaching out for support to achieve our dream of purchasing our first home. Despite our hard work and savings, unforeseen expenses and rising housing costs have left us short of the necessary funds for the down payment and closing costs.

Why We Need Your Help

Down Payment: A substantial initial payment for the mortgage.

Closing Costs: Fees for mortgage application, appraisal, title insurance, and more.

 How You Can Help

1. Monetary Donations: Contribute directly to our fundraising account [insert link or details].

2. Sharing Our Story: Spread the word to others who might be willing to help.

3. Words of Encouragement: Your support and encouragement mean a lot to us.

Our Commitment

We promise to pay forward the kindness we receive by making our home a place of hospitality and support for others.

Thank you for taking the time to read our story and for any support you can provide. Your generosity is deeply appreciated.

Warm regards,

Newton Perrin and Family
