Hi, my name is Krystina Hibbert and I am seeking help for my two children and myself. I am a single mother of two children and I work as an Office Attendant in which I receive a minimum wage of JMD $10,000 fortnightly. I was living and working at the Walker’s Place of Safety Children’s Home with my children but it burnt down in 2018. Since then, I have to be constantly relocating for various other reasons and I am not living anywhere stable right now as I  recently received a notice from my landlord.  As a result, my son the eldest of my two children had to be separated from me and is now living with his father. This has impacted his academic performance negatively as it has gone way below his original average and I would really love for my two kids to get a good education.

I am struggling right now to purchase groceries for myself and the children because after covering all my travel and work expenses, I still try my best to ensure the children partake in online classes. Sometimes I cannot find it to feed them daily so I prepare anything I have in the house for them to eat or credit items from the shops which often leave me in debt. Therefore, I am seeking some assistance to build a house, or even a one-bedroom unit so that I can get back my son and my kids and I will have a stable roof over our heads. I even tried doing other jobs on the side such as being a Domestic Helper, just to cover my expenses but it’s still not working out. I have tried reaching out for help in many different ways but most of the results are the same.

So, with the aid of this platform I’m seeking to raise US$6000.00 to help in covering my expenses but I would appreciate any assistance I can get in any way possible.

Even if I don’t get the assistance for myself, I am just asking for someone to assist my kids, please. Thank you very much.
