I am writing this letter with much hope that you might help me, my six weeks old son was born with congenital glaucoma in both of his eyes, which is a very rare disease that is caused by incorrect development of the eye’s drainage system before birth , it’s a birth defect that damages the optic nerve and causes blindness. one in every ten thousand babies born with the condition.he recently did a surgery and I’m asking for assistance to finish pay the hospital bills
