In August 2023, Michael Henry, affectionately known as MJ, received a devastating diagnosis: stage 3 rhabdoid tumor, a rare and aggressive form of cancer. At just 7 years old, MJ is facing a battle no child should ever have to endure.

MJ’s treatment journey is both physically and emotionally demanding. He undergoes chemotherapy and radiotherapy at the Cornwall Regional Hospital, with specialized consultations from Bustamante Children’s Hospital. Despite his brave spirit, the toll of regular hospital visits, extensive lab testing, and imaging studies has been immense—not only on MJ but also on his family.

While MJ continues to fight like the superhero he is, the costs of his care are overwhelming. Lab tests, imaging studies, medications, and travel expenses for his treatments add up quickly. His family is doing everything they can, but they need our help to ensure MJ gets the best possible care and support.
