Description
Alicia Robinson urgently needs your help to cover her escalating medical expenses as she battles Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension (IIH) and Papilledema; two conditions that have drastically affected her health and vision. IIH causes a dangerous buildup of cerebrospinal fluid around the brain, leading to severe headaches, blurred vision, fatigue, tingling in the hands and feet, and the constant risk of permanent vision loss.
Papilledema, a swelling of the optic nerve caused by increased pressure, has already started to impair Alicia’s vision. Without immediate intervention, she faces the devastating possibility of going blind. Despite undergoing two surgeries, multiple lumbar punctures, and various treatments, Alicia’s symptoms continue to worsen. Her doctors now recommend additional specialized surgery to relieve the pressure on her brain and optic nerves.
Alicia’s medical expenses have skyrocketed, and she urgently needs financial support to continue her treatments and surgeries. With her resources and sick leave fully exhausted, the cost of ongoing care has become overwhelming.
We are calling on your kindness and generosity during this critical time. Every donation, no matter the size will bring Alicia closer to the care she desperately needs. If you can’t contribute financially, please consider sharing her story and offering prayers for her healing.
Your support can make a world of difference in helping Alicia preserve her sight and regain her health. Thank you for standing with her during this incredibly difficult journey.
