Giselle-Ann Swaby has been accepted as a dancer and singer in the First Dance Studios Delegation, representing Team Jamaica at the World Championships of Performing Arts (WCOPA) 2025! She’s on her way to Hollywood, and she needs your support to make her dream a reality.

For centuries, athletes had their exclusive “Olympics.” Now, performing artists have their own prestigious competition—the WCOPA—known as the “official Talent Olympics” for aspiring performers and entertainers. This incredible event, held annually in the entertainment capital of the world, Hollywood, has grown tremendously over 25 years, becoming the only international talent and modeling competition of its kind!

Similar to the Olympics, only invited and qualified competitors—WORLDSTARS—represent their countries and compete fiercely for “the gold”! These talented individuals from around the globe are exclusively screened, qualified, and invited to showcase their skills at this ultimate world championship.

The upcoming event will take place from July 15-25, 2025, at the Westin Hotel and Convention Centre in Long Beach, California. WCOPA’s mission is to create an International Olympic-style competition for performing artists, offering them professional “Hollywood” entertainment industry education and experiences.

Organization Backing: WORLDSTARS INTERNATIONAL Inc. organizes and manages the WCOPA, along with the International Selection Committee (ISC), forming the foundation for this annual talent competition.

Giselle-Ann’s estimated cost to attend this prestigious event is approximately US$5000, which includes:

1. Airfare and Ground Transportation
2. Accommodation
3. Competition Fees
4. Uniform
