Since 2002, Ballaz International has been a beacon of excellence in youth football development across Jamaica nurturing not just athletic skill, but discipline, resilience, and character in a loving, family-oriented environment.
This December, our U8, U9, and U10 teams will proudly represent Jamaica at the Springs Holiday Cup in Florida, USA, from December 8–15, 2025. It’s a historic moment, especially for our U8 and U9 teams, who will be traveling together for the very first time.
Behind all of our young players, are the mentors who guide, protect, and inspire them. I’m launching this fundraiser to support two dedicated Ballaz staff members who will accompany all three teams on this journey. The total expense for both staff is approximately USD $3500, and these funds will help cover:
- Round-trip airfare
- Accommodation
- Meals
- Ground transportation
- Travel insurance

Hi, I’m Nashalee Powell a proud honors graduate of the University of Technology, Jamaica, where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree. I currently serve as the Academy Coordinator and Administrator at Ballaz Academy, where I help shape the lives of young footballers through structure, mentorship, and love for the game.
I hold a CONCACAF Women’s Coaching License and bring my passion for sports especially football (soccer) into everything I do. Whether I’m organizing tournaments, supporting our players, or coaching on the field, I’m driven by a deep commitment to youth development and excellence.
Today, I’m reaching out through this fundraiser to support two dedicated members of our staff who will be traveling with our U8, U9, and U10 teams to the Springs Holiday Cup in Florida this December. Their presence is vital to ensuring our young athletes are safe, guided, and fully supported as they take this exciting step onto the international stage.
