Willie Francis is one of Jamaica’s pioneers in reggae music, famous for his, most popular hit Oh What a Mini released in 1971-72. Willie like most of the great pioneers of old fell among the wayside gaining little or no acknowledgment or real benefit for their hard work in aiding to bring reggae music to the forefront. As it is most things in life the core sometimes goes unrecognized.
