Evelyn’s Giving Hearts is dedicated to nurturing the seeds of potential in the youth of Clarendon and its neighboring communities. Founded on the enduring principles of our beloved community matriarch, Evelyn McLaughlin, we are committed to continuing her legacy of generosity and guidance by fostering the growth of young minds through comprehensive support and mentorship.

Thanks to YOUR incredible support in 2022, Evelyn’s Giving Hearts hosted its second Day of Giving—and it was a tremendous success! Together, we equipped 300 children with essential school supplies, provided toiletries for teen girls, delivered food and over-the-counter medicines to our elders, and gifted infant care bags. On top of that, we awarded six scholarships and laptops to outstanding students.

But our Day of Giving wasn’t just about distributing goods; it was a true community celebration. We came together to share mentorship, enjoy delicious food, play games, dance to uplifting music, and create lasting memories that reminded us all of the power of unity.

Now, in 2025, we’re setting our sights even higher!
We’re calling on YOU to help us continue this journey and make an even bigger impact. Together, we can equip more students with the tools for success, support more families in need, and extend our reach even further.

• Equip 500 kids with essential school supplies and uniforms.
• Provide more toiletries and wellness kits for our youth and elders.
• Offer eight scholarships and even more technology support for deserving students.
• Create more community mentorship opportunities and workshops for growth.
