I am a 19-year-old student currently in my first year at a teacher’s college in Jamaica. As an aspiring educator, I am passionate about gaining diverse experiences to broaden my perspective and grow both personally and professionally.

This summer, I have the incredible opportunity to participate in the J1 Work and Travel Program, which would allow me to work in the United States, gain valuable cultural exposure, and save for my tuition and other expenses for the upcoming academic year. However, I am facing financial constraints and cannot afford the costs associated with this program, including visa fees, travel expenses, and program costs.

I am humbly seeking sponsorship or donations to help me make this dream a reality. Participating in the J1 program would not only help me financially but also provide me with invaluable life experiences that will shape me into a better teacher and individual.
