Hello, my name is Izaiah Ling Choung, I am 24 years old and I have been experiencing epileptic seizures since I was 13 years of age. As a result of my etxreme case which doctors do not fully understand, I was unable to finish high school. I experience seizures 3 to 4 times a week sometimes two times a day. Because I am unable to stay seizure-free long enough to lead a normal life, my mother has stopped working to care for me fulltime which is difficult financially and physically without the assistance of my father who passed away when I was four years old. Currently, I am in need of an MRI and assistance with the medication costs, as the cocktail of medication I am required to take is very expensive. Any contribution towards paying for treatment is greatly appreciated.
