What many people don’t see is that this rescue is run mainly by just two people, working day and night with occasional volunteers helping whenever they can. Most of the work is funded personally, powered by sleepless nights, emotional exhaustion, and the determination to keep going no matter how difficult things become.

One of those people is Cintra Ramoutar, who personally cooks and feeds over 100 dogs every single day across the area, often sacrificing her own time, comfort, and finances to make sure these animals do not go hungry. She also cleans after the dogs herself, handles daily care, medicates sick animals, and rushes emergency cases to the vet whenever help is needed — no matter the hour, the weather, or how exhausted she may be. For these animals, she is the only reason they are still alive. She has helped thousands of animals over the years.
