Help Jamaica: Build Resilient Roofs, provide Food and Water Aid

In partnership with the Israelite School of Universal Practical Knowledge–Jamaica, we are seeking support to provide food for residents across Jamaica and to repair or replace roofs for families severely affected by the devastating Hurricane Melissa.
Our goal is to raise US$1,032,000 to supply reinforced, resilient roofing and essential food assistance to the most vulnerable households, beginning in St. Elizabeth and Westmoreland—ground zero of the storm’s impact. The road to recovery will be long, but with your support, we can help many families rebuild their lives.

Hurricane Melissa’s devastation requires more than just material and food; it demands community-led, practical action rooted in self-sufficiency and combined with trained Construction Skills. This fund is dedicated to providing reinforced, resilient roofing and food for the most vulnerable families whose structures were left exposed.
