Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted individuals,

My name is Carmen Downer, and I am humbly reaching out for your support. I live in Kingston 16, Jamaica, and I’ve been battling colon cancer. The journey has been long, challenging, and emotional. Unfortunately, my condition has worsened, and I urgently need a colonoscopy to assess the extent of my illness and proceed with surgery that could save my life.

The cost of the colonoscopy and surgery is beyond what I can afford, and I have exhausted all my resources. The procedure has been overdue for months, and without it, my condition will continue to deteriorate. I’m turning to my community and anyone who is able to help in this time of desperate need.
