Desperate Man Needs Financial Assistant to get back Land Title

Pleasant day I am a 60 year old gentleman who is diagnosed with high blood pressure diabetes and is HIV positive. I have been married to a journalist from New York for over 24 years and she donates our matrimonial home to mustard seed without a divorce or my consent while I was incarcerated.

My problem is that I finally find an attorney who is willing to take my matter but I don’t have the money to pay for her service so I am seeking some assistance so I can challenge mustard seed for the title as I am still in possession of the property but I can’t do anything with the place without the title.

  Pleasant day I am a 60 year old gentleman who is diagnosed with high blood pressure and diabetes.

I have been married to a journalist from New York for over 24 years and she donates our matrimonial home to mustard seed without a divorce or my consent while I was incarcerated. Upon being released from custody I went to mustard seed armed with the married certificate and the married act pertaining the marriage act and how property ought to be shared the person I spoke with told me she was not informed that my wife was married so she suggested that I retain an attorney to represent my interest in the matter.

However, I have been unable to come up with the cash as over the years my wife has been the one to support me as she discouraged me from working claiming she make enough money to support both of us and that she have me as her dependent on her pension package. So, I listened to her as when we were on good terms we would take vacations together and she said if I have a job that would disrupt that plan. Hadn’t we been married she would’ve gotten $5oo USD but due to the marriage she is getting $3,000.00 a month so she hasn’t file for a divorce as that would cause her pension to reduce to the five hundred dollars.

My problem is that I finally find an attorney who is willing to take my matter but I don’t have the money to pay for her service so I am seeking some assistance so I can challenge mustard seed for the title as I am still in possession of the property but I can’t do anything with the place without the title.

I would truly appreciate any assistance this platform can offer in raising an estimated amount of $450,000.00 JMD.
